We are running out of room!!
The YCT has re-launched it's appeal at a recent event at the Houses of Parliament. The YCT trustees have agreed that an extension to Tracy Ann House would not give us enough room to grow for the future.
The new appeal is to raise £1.5m to purchase a new house with more space for increasing occupancy and more facilities for the youngsters in-house.
We have approximately 250 young cancer patients stay at Tracy Ann House and the school holidays are becoming over-subscribed.
YCT will stay in the Bournemouth area but needs more room to grow for the future.
YCT is grateful to Sir John Butterfill MP, for organising an official event to launch the YCT appeal at Westminster. Click here to read more about this event

"We would like to thank everyone who has donated to the appeal so far. It is going to be hard work to raise this amount of money so we appreciate any donation however small - it all counts. I suppose it is a measure of our success that we need to expand. More and more young people want to come to Bournemouth for a holiday and we are becoming more recognised amongst the medical profession as being an invaluable part of the recovery process"
Also, thank you to all the people and organisations who have donated in kind to the YCT - please don't worry we will be taking everything with us!"
