16 to 24? Living with cancer in the SW?
If you are 16 to 24 years old and living with cancer, you can now register to join an online community www.realshare.co.uk
The Youth Cancer Trust has been working on this project for 2 years in affiliation with the NHS SW. If you live in another region in the UK, please register anyway and we will keep you updated for when the website is available for the rest of the UK.
Realshare is a pilot project and is being developed in collaboration with a focus group of young people with cancer.
