Welcome to realshare, which is due to be launched as a pilot later this year.
The pilot will be a website with information about cancer services and support in the South West region and a forum where you can be open and real about your experience with cancer.
Realshare forum is a pilot for teenagers and young adults available to serve the community of young people living with cancer aged 16 to 24, in the South West.
If you would like to register to become a member of realshare then please complete the form below and we will inform you when the website is live and ready to use. Your details will be kept confidential and will only used by the NHS to verify who you are and for child safeguarding purposes.
If you are not based in the South West but would like to see this pilot rolled out to include your region, please complete the form and we will keep you posted.
Once your details are verified you will be sent an email or text, which will confirm your registration and provide you with your login details.
Once the pilot is launched you will be notified about how you can start using realshare.
