During a Youth Cancer Trust holiday, you can choose from a whole range of activities to take part in. Please don’t worry if you don’t feel like doing anything on your holiday. It is completely your choice. Tracy Ann House is calm and relaxing, with plenty of things to do to rest and relax if you don’t feel like going out on an activity.
It’s your space and your choice!
Here is a list of some of the activities you can take part in during your Youth Cancer Trust holiday…..
Arts & Crafts
The Youth Cancer Trust uses The Wessex Raceway, which is based near Salisbury. It has the second largest indoor track in the country.
The Youth Cancer Trust takes groups to Arniss Equestrian based on the edge of the New Forest. The horses are lovely and quiet and lessons take part in the menage followed by a quiet hack in the Forest. After the riding, groups are allowed to explore the beautiful village of Burley and can enjoy a picnic amongst the ponies in the New Forest.
Dry Slope Skiing
Dry slope skiing takes place at Snowtrax.
Groups can take part in a skiing lesson or have fun on the ringos.
This takes part locally and is run by fully qualified instructors.
This activity sometimes takes place in the warmer summer months and is loads of fun!
Groups can try their hand at water skiing, banana boating and ringos. Fully qualified instructors are on hand to help at all times.
All safety equipment is provided by the activity provider.
